Strategic Plan
In 2007, the Sarnia Lambton Chamber of Commerce formed a strategic plan committee to pursue an update of our strategic plan. The goal of this action was to create a strategy that positions the Chamber for long-term success.
With the input of over 60 members along with eight staff and the Board of Directors, changes and new initiatives were made to the Mission, Vision and long term goals of the Chamber. Click on the link below to view a copy of the updated Sarnia Lambton Chamber of Commerce Strategic Plan.
